Once that is all done, and you have saved the info, you should end up at the "Home" screen... if not, simply tap the home icon in the lower left corner of your screen and you should see something like the following - including the H2 Pickleball logo up at the top left area...

Once you have the home screen as shown here, tap the small icon on the bottom right corner of the phone screen that says, "More"...

A menu will show up with links down the screen. Tap on "Payment Profiles" and when it opens, tap on "Create Payment Profile"...

Instructions for joining H2 Pickleball

1. Is there an activation fee? No, there are no activation fees to set up a membership.

2. Are there any additional court fees once I pay for a membership? No, your membership covers all court fees and open play fees. There are no other fees involved unless you want to participate in an H2P event like lessons, drill sessions, leagues, etc (things created and offered by H2).

3. Do I have to have a paid membership to reserve a court? No, if there are courts available within five days, you will be able to reserve the court for a $10 fee for 2 hours. All other participants that are not paid members, would also need to pay a $10 drop in fee.

4. What are the primary benefits of a paid membership? The ability to reserve a court up to 10 - 14 days in advance (depending on which "Pro" membership), register for an event 10 - 14 days in advance, reduced fees for H2P events, free open play, and higher playing limits per week.

5. How many paid memberships will you sell? Generally about 300 seems to be the sweet spot. If we find we could support more members based on court utilization data, we will add a few more. Our primary objective is to make sure we don’t oversell memberships so that members do not have a difficult time reserving a court.

6. How do I sign up for a membership? You can sign up either through the free CourtReserve app after downloading to your phone, or you can sign up on the courtreserve.com website. We have provided instructions using both methods here on this website in our "How to..." section. ( https://h2pickleball.com/how-to )

7. If I buy an annual membership, can I pay it in monthly installments? Currently, you may buy an annual for one lump-sum payment for the lowest price, or you may buy with a 12-month commitment for a slightly higher price monthly payment. Finally, you may pay for a month-to-month at a higher monthly price still, but with the ability to stop and start again various months (like snow birds leaving for the winter).

8. If I switch from a monthly to an annual membership, will I get credited for the extra monthly amount I paid previously? No, once you switch to an annual rate, your rate will go down from that point forward but the change will not be retroactive.

9. When would it make sense for me to switch from drop in rates to a paid membership? Once you play more than once a week and/or plan to participate in H2P events, it would be more cost effective to switch to a paid membership.

10. I see why it would make sense to have a membership during the winter months, but why would I want one in the summer when I can play outside for free? Because we have large bay doors which we can open in the summer, the facility will be air cooled, providing cooler temperatures than outside because of the shade provided. In addition, you would never have to worry about rainy or windy conditions. Finally, unlike public courts that are becoming increasingly crowded, you could always reserve a court and play with those that you want to when you want to.

11. What type of commitment will I have? Monthly: only for the month Annual: commitment for the year
